Returns.
Most items we sell come with a 30 day return or exchange policy. For each item in our catalog, the exact return policy is listed on the product page that displays the product image, price and detailed description.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA). Please email us for an RMA number. Returns without this number will not be accepted. All original packaging and materials must be returned with the product.
All returns must be returned with shipping PREPAID. Damaged or defective product replacements will be sent with no shipping expense to the customer.
All non-defective returns will be assessed a 10% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase and will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Defective items can be returned to us within 30 days. After 30 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty service.
Due to manufacturer restrictions, some items cannot be returned at all. Some examples are flat panel and projection TV's, color copiers, printers, copy machines, and toner cartridges.
